Free shipping applies to orders shipped to anywhere in the contiguous United States is available on most orders over $99.00. We ship via the US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS or Freight Shipping, at our discretion.
Shipping:
We aim to provide quick and efficient shipping services to our customers.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the United States. For orders under $99, standard shipping rates will apply. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee on some products.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur freight charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Give us a call or email us at info@greengearstore.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.
- Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- Green Gear Store only ships to the Contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO's or FPO's at this time.
- We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address (or phone number) you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@greengearstore.com.
- If you would like faster delivery times please contact a customer service representative at info@greengearstore.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
- In case of any delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Please Check Your Order:
Customers are responsible for checking their order when it arrives to make sure that all items are present. Take Pictures and note any damages to the package and contact us within 24 hrs if your order is damaged in transit. Any order discrepancies must be communicated to us within 24 hrs. Green Gear Store is not responsible for missing or damaged items reported after 24 hrs. Once you sign for the package you become responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. Do not sign for damaged packages, refuse the delivery and contact us at info@greengearstore.com.
Back Orders:
Green Gear Store is dedicated to ensure that the thousands of products we offer are in-stock and ready-to-ship. However, sometimes demand outpaces supply and we fall short. Back-ordered items are still available for purchase online, and will ship as soon as they become available. Please be aware that delivery dates on back-ordered items are approximate and subject to change. We will keep you actively informed regarding the status of any back order you place.
Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will be refunded. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 15% administration fee whether or not your order has shipped, the fee covers administrative and personnel fees. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order less any fees.
